Reviewing Services Review current and future needs What needs are being met currently? What is not being met? What can still be delivered remotely? What must be delivered face to face? Do the benefits of face to face outweigh risks to all involved? Will face to face offer access to support in a way virtual measures can t?
Health and Safety Risk Assessments - Venue, Volunteers, People Seeking Sanctuary Plan for Service Delivery e.g. Access, Cleaning/Hygiene, Capacity, PPE, roles and responsibilities Contingency Plans Insurance and liability
