Credit Transfer Application Guidelines
Students may apply for credit transfer of 0-6 units based on contact hours, language levels, and course performance. While results are not guaranteed before course completion, students can seek guidance to ensure appropriate group placement in France. Eligibility criteria for the Consulate's Scholarship includes language proficiency, enrollment duration, age, and participation in the award ceremony.

CREDIT-TRANSFER APPLICATION -Students may be considered for 0-6 units of courses for credit transfer; depending on three criteria, (i) the number of contact hours (14 hours for one unit), (ii) language levels (iii) performance in the course -We are not able to guarantee the results of credit-transfer application before they finish the course. If the students have any concern, please don't enrol the summer course to avoid false expectation . -Some students may not be able to transfer the credit as they repeat the level at the university that they completed at CUHK. -The credit transfer application is restricted to language courses only.
CREDIT-TRANSFER APPLICATION About your group level in France : After your placement test (one the first day), make sure you are in an appropriate group : ask other CUHK student, if any, what level they have studied in CUHK; compare the CUHK course outlines (available on the French Common Room) to yours. If you think the level is wrong, tell your teacher, the level coordinator and the general office of the school there within the first week ! Group change will not be possible after the first week.
