CRISPR and Nanopore Sequencing Results Analysis
In this study, Naisha Shah from America and Fanny Alory from France, mentored by Augustas Stanaitis from Lithuania, conducted CRISPR/Cas9 experiments followed by Nanopore sequencing. The results revealed successful gRNA synthesis in Step One and DNA cleavage in Step Two. However, Step Three showed challenges in DNA library preparation and sequencing. The analysis highlights important observations and insights gained from the experimental process.
