Results Results of CRISPR/ of CRISPR/Cas Cas step 1 step 1 gRNA St0, submerged in ice In wells 7 and 8 we have our samples. In well 8 you can observe a successful production of gRNA. However, in well 7 there is nothing to observe as there was no gRNA produced.
Results Results of CRISPR/ of CRISPR/Cas Cas step 2 step 2 In wells 7 and 8 you can see our samples. In well 8 we linearized the plasmid, meaning we cut it with the Cas9 protein at a precise location with the help of gRNA, which resulted in it migrating faster. In well 7, however, we have a non-cut plasmid which did not travel as far in the same time frame since it was not cut. Linearised plasmid Non-cut plasmid
