Are the pain points that are specific to your product/service, as opposed to a competitor s, known and accepted throughout the business? New client acquisition Is the data underlying your unit economics of acquisition sufficiently reliable? What assumptions are being made? Is the market research behind current/new products robust enough to support investment in marketing/advertising campaigns? Do you have the optimal mix of marketing channels? How do you know? Which channels have the greatest potential to scale? How well will your acquisition model scale to meet company goals? How will increased scale impact on your CAC and CAC recovery times?
