FY2024-25 Amended Budgets Please submit your FY2024-25 amended budget in Epicenter by January 31st. This January 31 submission must include: oDetailed Budget (should now include prior year actuals instead of the estimates provided in adopted budgets) oBudget in CDE uniform budget summary oUpdated Appropriation resolution *If you will not have an amended budget, please email me (Art out currently) and I will remove the deadline for your school.

FY2024-25 MLE Supplemental Q1 and Q2 MLE payments were calculated on estimates for revenue and district student counts. This January, MLE will be trued up based on FY25 MLO revenue reports to get CSI MLE annual amounts finalized. oMLE funding is included in the State budget, and this supplemental amount and calculation is approved at the State level oThe January MLE payment, will be delayed until soon after 1/23/2025, the date the Joint Budget Committee is set to discuss approval

CSI PD Scholarship Reimbursements *NEW* Reimbursements documentation submitted through GrantVantage Subprojects Created in GrantVantage Parent Project: FY25 Title IIA (Every Student Succeeds Act) - -> > Sub-Award: Title IIA (CSI Admin) - -> > Sub-Award: TIIA-CSI PD Back-up Documentation Completed non-employee reimbursement form Invoice and proof of payment for registration & hotel CSI cannot reimburse for any state taxes paid No G/L required Hard Deadline to Request Funds Schools will have one month after the event to request reimbursement Additional Notes School will record general revenue against expenditures (no grant code) Schools may change the name for the scholarship Feel free to recommend other PD opportunities CSI might offer in the future FY2024-25 CSI offered 5 new professional development opportunities awarding 71 individual scholarships to 23 schools.
