Statutory requirements and recommendations from the report: Public Act 24-45 in Sec. 22 states that the P20 WIN Exec Board "shall submit an annual report on disconnected youth" using data model from request 0043. The Dalio report recommends that an update "...should include the overall count of at-risk and disconnected young people and breakdowns by key demographics and subgroups."
