DTEN Overview Dedicated Zoom Meeting device Webcam, microphone, touch screen Can also be used as a regular hdmi display with some caveats DTEN is short for Display Ten
Zoom Call Basics o Create or enter Zoom Call Entering a room via a Meeting ID may require a password depending on how it was set up o Schedule Zoom Meetings ahead of time and reserve a room via reservations system or email o Record Zoom meetings Don t record on the Dten if you wish to retrieve the recording, use a different device instead If the meeting is being recorded, participants will be notified.
Whiteboard Create a whiteboard to share with those participating over zoom Only visible on one of the DTENS if set up in pairs Share whiteboard content with zoom participants as an image when done.
