  3. Curriculum Work Group Mapping: Has begun. Guidance needed: Who are the right people to fill in the charts and who will recruit them? Need: Data about student movement to and from AS and CC Need: Additional ESL representation from Foothill and De Anza. ESL: Pilot broader sample size for writing; desire to explore CASAS alignment.; deeper dive into ESL data. Need: Still waiting on recruitment and pay guidance.

  4. Student Support Work Group Survey drafted for cohort; Need: Outreach participation from Foothill; Request for full-circle response from 5 agencies; LB Guidance Need: Bridge courses versus activities and annual plan; January Transition meeting for Spring AS events (fair, foothill visit, De Anza NC ESL visit, Need: Still waiting on recruitment and pay guidance;

  5. Data Work Group Clarity about CAEP transition and data integrity; Recommendation about go to college transition for internal use (Dashboard); Request by SS for assistance with cohort analysis; Address strategy assigned from annual plan.

  6. Principals, Counselor/Transition Advisors, Data Leads; Transition Meeting Clarity about offering services to all versus completing with all; Alignment of expectations of what services; Data meeting in January for alignment of data capture

  7. Current Data Needs SS: Cohort Strategy: grades, course taking patterns, persistence. Need 2018-2019 Dashboard data; Annual and Three Year Plans: Increase transition of Adult School Students to Community Colleges in either credit or non- credit by at least 5% annually. CAA: What does the data show in terms of ESL transition and student success after their transition? Deep dive: Report Back from CC to AS about student transition success: Professional/Morale Need What classes do they take? Do they continue? Do they move back and forth between AE-CC-AE?
