Deeper Insights Reference Scenario HealthSoft Inc. is a Healthcare ISV that provides point of care software and systems to healthcare providers like hospitals and clinics Unstructured data like sensor data and electronic medical records generated from these point of care systems is stored and analyzed in Azure HDInsight Make sure you are using a CSP subscription with Azure Services enabled Sensitive patient and provider reference data is stored securely in their relational database in their hosting service provider s datacenter and cannot be moved out BI Analyst team at HealthSoft needs ability to correlate the patient and provider reference data with the unstructured data in HDInsight to provide insights into trends and anomalies observed in the field The Analyst team would like to continue using T-SQL and does not want to incur the time and expense for an expensive ETL implementation between the relational and non-relational data sources
