Deliverables Completed House after 8 months in Pulchowk Finalize of the plan of house on 25th June Construction execution on 28th June 2016 Selection of Engineer for the site on 1st July 2016 Completion of the project on 6th Feb 2016 Handing over the project to the owner on 7th Feb 2016 Complete the project within 2,00,00,000 Design of the house should meet building bye-laws Availability of Structure engineer Availability of Vibrators, pillar frame, glass cutting machine and other required equipments Availability of Skilled Labors Use of Quality materials in construction Monitoring and maintenance after completion of project will not be included. (Constraint) Owner has the ability to pay for all the costs. (Assumption) Kitchen appliances will not be included. (Limitations) Contractor is responsible for subcontracted work.
