Mr. Kevin Hoskins- Senior Partner Kevin Hoskins brings a vast area of expertise as a Partner of govIRG. He has been serving in the government contract industry for over 30 years in positions including Controller, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of Finance. He is highly skilled in the development and implementation of profitable systems for government contractors specializing in manufacturing. Areas of expertise include leadership, financial management, contract management, strategic planning, operations, P&L management, capital cash management, forecasting, auditing, process improvement, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, accounting, polices/procedures, regulatory compliance, and GAAP. Ms. Michelle Martinez - Partner LEADERSHIP BIO S Michelle Martinez comes with an extensive background in Finance and Accounting with both small and large Government Contractors including L-3 Communications, CACI and L3Harris. With almost thirty years of government contracting experience, her areas of expertise include cost management, budgeting and financial forecasting, financial analysis, estimating and pricing, management reporting, contract management, cost planning and Earned Value (EV) management. Mr. Chuck Anderson - Partner Chuck Anderson is a Partner at govIRG with an audit background, CPA certification and over 12 years working in industry. His area of expertise includes specialization in audit compliance, business systems, forecasting, outsourced accounting, and company growth for small to medium sized companies. Holding positions in industry as Controller and Deputy Director of Finance, today Mr. Anderson helps companies with all aspects of finance and accounting. Mr. Anderson has significant experience with helping companies develop and maintain systems that ensure positive outcomes from DCAA and Financial audit.
