LEGAL DISCLAIMER This event is intended to provide the business community with early notice for potential procurement opportunities at DEN, allow companies to meet DEN project managers, and allow firms to network and foster relationships with each other. Projects included in this event are in their early stages of planning, and critical information about these projects (e.g. dates and goals) may be unknown and are otherwise subject to change. The City and County of Denver may, in its discretion, cancel, modify, or place any project on hold at any time, for any reason. 2 DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

  3. 24-HOUR TOWING SERVICES CONTRACT Successful Company will provide one light-duty tow truck and driver, twenty-four (24) hours a day seven (7) days per week to respond to requests on DEN property. Requestors of services include DEN Denver Police Department (DPD) through the Communication Center DEN Parking and Transportation, which includes Commercial Transportation and Parking Administration. Services provided as outlined in the Contract will be as follows: On Site Standby Services- light duty tow truck- 24/7 Contingency Services as requested by DEN Parking and Transportation Emergency Services as requested by DEN Parking and Transportation Declared Snow Events Tow Operator will respond to calls from DEN Communications Center (DPD) and DEN Parking and Transportation Additional services to the public may include tire inflation, tire changes, jumps starts, lockouts, relocations, fuel replacement, etc., or as requested by DPD and DEN Parking and Transportation. All services are at no cost to customers. Anticipated Advertisement Date: Q1 2024 Estimated Project Value: TBD DSBO/Hub Assigned Goal: TBD 3 DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

PARKING OPERATIONS The successful Contractor shall be responsible for all phases of Parking Management Services at Denver International Airport (DEN) to include but not limited to: Collecting all Gross Revenues Quality Customer Service Revenue and Compliance Reporting at assigned lots Mobile license Plate Inventory Janitorial and Light Maintenance Vehicle Services to include but not limited to: Lockout Service, Jump Starts, Vehicle Location Assistance Traffic Control / Hand Parking Anticipated Advertisement Date: Q1 2023 Estimated Project Value: Approximately $9 MM Annually DSBO/Hub Assigned Goal: 15% Contract Term: 5-year with two 1-year options 4 DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

PARKING OPERATIONS - OPERATION OF EXISTING FACILITIES The successful Contractor shall operate all Public Parking Facilities currently owned by the City and County of Denver, Aviation Department (DEN) Public Parking Garage, East and West Public Parking Economy, East and West Public Parking Short-term, East and West Pikes Peak Shuttle Parking Longs Peak Parking Facility Public Parking 61st and Pe a Station Land Side and Airside Parking Lot Assistance 5 DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

PARKING OPERATIONS - CHANGES FROM CURRENT STRUCTURE DEN will take a more involved approach for this contract structure to ensure success in attracting and retaining the best Parking Professionals in the business in every job category. Raising the minimum hourly pay from $17hr to $22hr Scheduling annual pay increases per position for the duration of the contract Scheduling annual increases for health insurance reimbursement as well as offering a monthly payout to employees who choose not to enroll Complete uniform rebranding with DEN approved and paid for uniforms that do not feature the contractor logo. Emphasis on procurement of electric or hybrid vehicles that service the contract Emphasis on bringing in PROVEN cutting-edge technology in all aspects of the business 6 DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

  7. CBP BIOMETRIC AIR EXIT The Biometric Air Exit is a software and hardware solution that enables Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to know who has departed the country on an international departure. The system utilizes facial comparison technology for identity verification. The vendor solution integrates with the Customs and Border Protection Travel Verification Services and the Airline Departure Control System.   8. Economy Parking Lot Pavement Rehabilitation - Phase 1 The existing asphalt pavement surface of the southern half of the east economy lot will be rehabilitated, primarily, via a 5-inch thin concrete overlay (white topping). Rehabilitation in the shuttle route and areas affected by a groundwater will be a concrete pavement section via full depth reconstruction. The current site of pavement rehabilitation is an existing parking lot, and the scope of work will include, but is not limited to: demolition, concrete paving, general construction in support of concrete paving work, earthwork, stormwater drainage conveyance, structural/retaining wall construction, erosion control and revegetation, and existing roadway/pavement tie-ins.   9. 2023 ANNUAL AIRFIELD PAVEMENT REHABILITATION This project will replace deteriorated concrete pavement, improve any deficient taxiway safety areas, and further upgrade the airfield lighting on taxiways CS and Mike, panels at Gate 1 on the airfield complex. In addition, the project will refresh the surface painted pavement markings, add new lighting controls to runway complex 16L-34R and electrical power controls to gate 1, and replace the joint seal near the center core of concourses B and C.   10. GUN CLUB ON-RAMP TO PEA BLVD The on-call contract will provide consulting services for stormwater permitting at DEN, which includes industrial, MS4 and sanitary contribution activities and support other environmental programs. These services are necessary due to anticipated regulatory changes with the reissuance of current DEN stormwater and sanitary contribution permits and associated compliance documentation. The consultant will provide program review and update processes and documentation for the impending reissuance of DEN s Individual Industrial Stormwater Permit (eff. 2009; exp 2014; admin extended) and Metro Wastewater Discharge Permit (eff. 2018; exp 2023), and the recently reissued CCD MS4 Permit. The consultant will also provide support to DEN's other environmental programs related to storage tanks, PFAS, SPCC, hazardous waste, and spill response activities. DEN Baggage Handling System (BHS) Operation and Maintenance (O&M) DEN Baggage Handling System (BHS) Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Services Services The purpose of this procurement is to select a contractor through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process who can provide Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services on the Baggage Handling System (BHS), located in the Main Terminal at Denver International Airport (DEN). The Contractor will supply a site management team and a 24x7 technical staff to complete the scope of work requirements. Work performed shall include electrical, mechanical, control systems maintenance, and spare parts management utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The Contractor shall maintain the BHS on a predictive and preventive maintenance basis safely and efficiently such that equipment is inspected regularly and changed or repaired before actual failure so that equipment operates continuously without unexpected failure. The Contractor shall provide all labor and procure spare parts, materials, and consumables to promptly repair, rebuild, and/or replace all damaged, worn, or defective parts, components, or materials should equipment fail despite the preventive maintenance efforts. Spare parts purchases made by the Contractor will be reimbursed at cost.   14. PEA BOULEVARD PE A BOULEVARD - - PHASE 1B PHASE 1B The project includes the reconstruction and widening of outbound Pe a Boulevard from Jackson Gap Street to the outbound Pe a Boulevard merge. This project will include PCCP construction, rubblization, earthwork, drainage, utilities, signing, striping, maintenance of traffic, retaining walls and bridge widening and bridge rehabilitation.
