  16. I CHOSE The Basement Suite

  17. WHY I CHOSE THE BASEMENT SUITE: I really considered going with the house option however, I feel like it would be too large of a living space for just one person. The price of the house is also considerably more expensive than the basement suite option. All my options met almost all of my criteria so a lot of it had to come down to the price and amenities. The apartment was really nice but, because of that the price was even higher than the basement suite despite it being smaller.
