Part 2: Topics Identify topics for further discussion, clarification, elaboration NOT solutions In the form of keywords + questions
Possible Results How to implement the human-centerd focus? How to make sure that all of Europe benefits / participates? What about countries that don't currently have much AI excellence? How to structure funding? Focus on people/groups and/or topics? How to identify topics/challenges for targeted funding? Should some funding always be topic-free?
