IBM, Microsoft and Digital Schools Speakers Microsoft Digitalschool Technologies IBM Mohamed EL Habib Oueld Benhouman, University Relations Leader for North Africa at IBM Mohamed EL Habib Oueld Benhouman is a University Relations Leader for North Africa at IBM. Kursat Gunenc, Education Cloud Solutions Lead at MEA HQ of Microsoft Mamadou Drame, CEO Kursat Gunenc is an Education Cloud Solutions Lead at MEA HQ of Microsoft total of 21 years of professional experience in international markets (from North Africa and Turkey, through Middle East and Far East Asia, to North America). Mamadou Drame is CEO of DIGITALSCHOOL TECHNOLOGIES. Mohamed has more than 9 years of experience in the field of IT, including implementation of IT solutions as a technical consultant then pre-sales engineer and expert in the implementation of ITIL processes. He worked as a pre-sales engineer in the Cloud & Smarter Infrastructure Business Unit and the IBM Software Service in the French-speaking Africa region. Currently, he is appointed as University Relations Leader for North Africa, to promote IBM programs for universities. Mohammed is based out of Morocco. Mamadou DRAME has over 7 years experience working for IT sector company and consulting firm. Self-educated in Information Technologies, he had co- founded Digitalschool Technologies for empowering Education with Technologies In the years of his career, on top of Cloud related skills; technical, architectural, transformational strategies development, Sales and Regional Cloud Business Management; He worked with governments, multinational corporations and telcos. Saleh Maitala, University Relations Leader for West Africa at IBM Digitalschool Technologies created in 2013 had supported 20+ Universities, K12 and Business Schools in Senegal, Cameroon and Cote d'Ivoire. With Digitalschool LAB, the company is working on creating "digital learning content" for Africa French Speaking region. Saleh Maitala is a University Relations Leader for West Africa at IBM. Saleh has been with IBM for over 5 years and currently leads IBM s Skills Initiatives and University Programs across West Africa. During his time in IBM, he was leading the Software Sales for IBM Cognitive Collaboration and Watson Talent Management Solutions and advising clients in Africa on their digital transformation journeys leveraging cognitive technologies. Currently, he took the responsibility of managing IBM s Skills Initiatives in West Africa with the objective of strengthening relationships with Academia through Research Collaborations, Digital Skills Development for Students/Faculty and strategic initiatives for employability and entrepreneurship enhancement in Africa. Saleh is based out of the IBM Office in Lagos, Nigeria. With a background in education services & platforms, his focus is on the digital transformation in education, that he believes is a genuine game- changer in the industry along with Cloud Solutions tailored to Education Institutes.
