SHNW News Our First Community Watch - St Peter s Church Gavin Stephens, new appointment as Chair of National Police Chiefs Council Jan Warwick joined PCC Lisa Townsend on her Assessment Panel to find a new Chief Constable for Surrey. Tim de Meyer named as new Chief Constable takes up position in April. Awards Tim Tostevin, received a most valuable contribution award from Surrey Neighbourhood Watch. Presented by Alison Barlow, Assistant Chief Constable for Surrey Police for his work on the Surrey Cybercrime Awareness Campaign. PCSO Vince Wakeling was awarded Police Officer or employee of Surrey Police who has made a most valuable contribution in support of Neighbourhood Watch in 2022 . We would like to thank him for working closely with Jackie Davies, the Area Coordinator for Frimley, on canvassing for new Watches. Reg Ward, SHNW Signs Officer for last 13 years, receives a dedicated service award from Surrey Neighbourhood Watch.
