Dissemination Important part of any project s life. Not one activity: series of interdependent activities, running through the project s life cycle. Two stages are of crucial importance: 1. Initial stage 2. Final stage
Initial stage Aim: raising awareness to the project, its objectives, planned activities and deliverables. Target groups: wider public, stakeholders/beneficiaries (students, teachers, decision makers, employers) Dissemination tools: 1. designed for internal communication 2. designed for external communication
Tasks performed Creating project identity: logo: done Project website: first step done Mailing lists: internal: done Study trips: done, two are being organized. (Important to meet external stakeholders) Local meetings: done (ongoing task) Online and F2F discussions: (ongoing task)
Tasks to be perfomed in the initial stage Website: continuously revised and updated Short summaries/project info in national languages on each partner s website to reach everybody locally Templates: ppt, report Mailing list of external contacts, stakeholders for future use Presence in university publications, newsletters proceedings of current conference, online publication
Tasks to be performed, continued Project info/presentations at university meetings Printed poster (general) sent to partner institutions. When? Outreach to students (invite members of the Student Union/student representatives to local project meetings.
Dissemination methodology Continuous updates. (Part of interim reports and final report) Documentation uploaded on project platform Under the heading Dissemination Information given to project coordinator and WP leader
