Coldstream Hills Yarra Valley Chardonnay 2017 Producer: Coldstream Hills Grape: Chardonnay Region: Yarra Valley, Australia About the Wine: Maturation Fermented and matured in seasoned and new (26%) French oak barriques, puncheons and vats. Vibrant and fresh, with citrus pith/rind notes, nougat and lemon barley. Nuances of white flower aromatics are underpinned by mineral slate and subtle French oak.
Coldstream Hills Yarra Valley Pinot Noir 2016 Producer: Coldstream Hills Grape: Pinot Noir Region: Yarra Valley, Australia About the Wine: Matured in seasoned and new (19%) French oak for nine months. Vibrant cherry liqueur characters dominate with notes of cranberry, raspberry and spice adding support. Savoury, graphite-like notes, subtle French oak and hints of grape-stalk enhance the bouquet and add complexity.
