District Local Technical Assistance 2024 INTRODUCTION DLT A runs on a calendar year cycle January to December Eligible Projects fall in four primary categories set by the state: Housing Choice Initiative Community Compact Best Practice Planning Ahead for Housing Planning Ahead for Growth All communities are eligible to apply every year Project size and scope can vary significantly
District Local Technical Assistance 2024 INTRODUCTION $214,214 allocated in calendar year 2024 DLTA 2024 included projects that were part of a larger effort and standalone work product Much of the work is centered in Community Planning and Housing, but Environment and Energy, Economic Development, and GIS/Data were brought in on multiple efforts

District Local Technical Assistance 2025 PROCESS $214,214 available in calendar year 2025. Application process opened in early December. Applications are due February 21, 2025. All communities are eligible to apply regardless of past awards.
