Impact of ICT on job creation, we review the Manufacturing, Telecommunication, and Services sectors. While theoretically ICT cooperation with businesses should lead to various benefits, such as higher productivity and efficiency, the reality shows a different picture. The Manufacturing sector, despite achieving most theoretical objectives, has a low number of jobs due to its highly automated and capital-intensive nature. Similarly, the Telecommunication sector, being technology-intensive and highly competitive, struggles with CRM utilization and employee training, resulting in low job numbers. Even in the Services sector, high automation and client dissatisfaction contribute to fewer job opportunities. The root causes behind this phenomenon lie in the quality of solutions implemented, as well as the training and readiness of young employees. Overall, the relationship between ICT and job creation is complex and influenced by various factors.

  • ICT impact
  • Job creation
