Doing Business with Governing Laws, Policies & Procedures Board of Regents Handbook States: (T4-CH10 - General Business Management) Purchasing Policy -Chapter 333.470 of Nevada Revised Statutes, exempts the Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) from the general provisions of the State Purchasing Act and provides that the NSHE may use the State Purchasing Division on a voluntary basis for any purpose.
