Thursday OPEN - brainstorm famous people, places or things of India WORK page 382 Read about Mother Teresa - write 100 word essay on her impact on the poor of the family insert yourself into the story as a poor child in India during the time of Mother Teresa and discuss her impact on your family and the neighborhood you lived in -Media on Mother Teresa 15 min CLOSE - Share essays with class FRIDAY -open review and help students turn in Weekly note assigned- 5 pages Work- Notetaking on Children of India attending school- use as makeup notes Close- student grade and turn in their notes (5 pages) for weekly grade
