  4. 2 Employee Lifecycle Management Holistic Approach I oversee the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, productivity, retention, compliance, and exit management. This ensures that our workforce is aligned with organizational goals and feels valued. Being proactive is key; I solve problems efficiently while fostering a supportive environment for all.   5. 3 Attrition Reduction Success Transforming Challenges High attrition among First-Time Managers in Two-Wheeler Sales was alarming, at 50-60%. I collaborated with business leaders to train FTMs on essential managerial skills. After implementing monthly attrition dashboards, we saw a 50% decrease in attrition.   6. 4 Enhancing Productivity Meeting Targets For Home Loans, I aimed for a massive 1000 Cr PAN India target, ensuring timely hiring and training. This strategy led to 100% manning and boosted productivity significantly. Our employees achieved 2.5 Cr per person, surpassing the national average of 1.3 Cr. Through effective behavioral training, especially for low performers, we saw stellar results. Our Call Centre attrition fell dramatically from 35 to just 6 between Q1 & Q4.
