The e-filing Process: Step by Step
Step 1: Step 1: Choose an e-filing Service Provider (EFSP) from the Alameda County court s website
Step 2: Step 2: Create an account with the chosen EFSP
Step 3: Step 3: Submit documents through EFSP account to the court. You will need to provide certain information depending on the type of filing.
