Ealing Age Group Pathway Age Group Squads will be divided up into 3 training groups A / B / C which in term selected for each team + IFL squad Mid Way point of the Summer Training, Managers make nominations to coaches for any boys to go up and down the squads Coaches then decide and formalise any boys moving up or down a squad End of the Season, Managers make nominations for Winter Training Squads Coaches finalise the Winter Training Squads Mid Way point of the Winter Training Coaches discuss and finalise any movement between the squads for the Jan March term Start of the Summer Training Managers nominate boys for the summer training groups Coaches then finalise the summer training squads
Club to County Pathway ECC C+D SQUAD ECC B SQUAD EALING BOROUGH Trials ECC A SQUAD
Middlesex County Pathway Managers Nominate Best 6/7 from the A team for Ealing Borough Trials Coaches then Finalise Borough Trial Nominations for each age group Once Selected from the Borough Trial your child will be in the EALING BOROUGH TEAM where they will play Borough Matches Borough Managers nominate Best 6 for SOUTH Regional Trials where the SOUTH Regional Team is selected Regional week is where the 4 regions play agianst one another and where the Regional Select Team is Selected to play against the County Team Middlesex County Winter squads are announced Performance - Development
