East Midlands Police Academic Collaboration is focused on improving policing services in the region through research and innovation. The collaboration involves strategic partnerships, governance, and proactive priority workstreams. Inspired by SIPR, funded by Home Office and now by EM Police, the collaboration has made significant progress in enhancing policing practices and capabilities. The only police academic collaboration in Europe with a national media partner, EMPAC has a strong impact on policing research and knowledge sharing.
