National Advice & Guidance Interface COVID Protect sits on the A&G Interface. Used by over 2000 GP Surgeries Over 500,000 hits per month Associated with 5% reduction in Patient Admissions.
Lander Page This allows Long Term Conditions, Medication Alerts, Clinical Pathways and Urgent Implementations to be Standardised across a region. It combines Population Health, Risk Stratification and Remote Clinical Support.
COVID-19 Patient Tracker Allows identification of: - Government s Priority Patients - Medical Alerts relating to these Patients - 111 calls or Ambulance calls relating to these patients. - Tracking of activities relating to these patients Currently Tracking 20 million patients.
Instant Identification of CMOs Priority Patients This is fully automated and can be identified at Surgery, Primary Care Network or CCG level to enable effective shielding.
Detailed Analysis of these Patients Allows rapid evaluation of high priority groups
COVID-19 Patient Portal Activated for over 20 million patients Fully integrated with Primary Care Systems. Empowering and integrated with 111 and Emergency Services Updated by Patients through online interfaces. Patient Privacy maintained through depersonalised and identifiable data separation until point of care (appropriate consent).
COVID-19 Medication Support Service Our Shielded Patients still need effective monitoring and supply of their high risk medications. This interface allows pharmacists to undertake detailed remote medication reviews on these patients.
COVID-19 Medication Supply Tracker Over 50% of Medication Lines are approaching critical levels of stock. We provide the central ordering systems for 4 wholesalers and the stock availability systems for Boots and Tesco. This enables us to give detailed insight to the NHS on Current Stock Levels We are detecting an 80% increase in medication orders and in the 14 years we have provided this service have never seen stock levels so critical.
Actively Shielding Your Patients The initial 16 Question review can enable rapid standardised evaluation of your Priority Patients to ensure effective shielding. It can also allow automated communication with the Council, Social Services or Voluntary Organisations in keeping with regional specifications.

Integration with 111 Allowing for Tracking of all Shielded Patients by their GPs Allows GPs to assist in supporting 111 if there is a surge in demand. We receive 15 min updates from 111. This data identifies which patients are affected, which Surgery they belong to and is passed onto the Surgery COVID- 19 interface. If no local GP responds it is passed onto the Primary Care Support Hub.
