An Oakland-based research and evaluation firm Founded in 1991 Between 40-50 staff members Experience working with federal, state, and local clients as well as foundations Focused on programs serving adults and youth, often low-income communities of color, facing high barriers to education, employment, and life success

EcSA Evaluation Overview All EcSA site coordinators participate in an initial interview 6 programs have initial site visit Same 6 programs have final site visit All EcSA sites complete quarterly reports and data entry All EcSA sites have final interview All EcSA sites participate in Exit Survey

Participant Exit Survey Participant Exit Survey Goals: voice of the customer, feedback to programs, data for final report EcSA projects to administer to their clients (either online or through a scannable paper format) Survey responses are anonymous and transmitted electronically to SPR for tabulation and report. Each site is responsible for administering the survey and reminding participants to complete it. SPR staff will conduct a training for frontline staff administering the survey SPR will provide individualized assistance to each site upon request
