Methods Research Methods Experiment Instrument Test The test instrument used was a sample that performed the yeop chagi kick technique as fast as possible 10 times and recorded the time (Reza Irwansyah, 2019). Research Design Two group pretest-postest design Population There are 12 taekwondo athletes from the dojang SMAN 3 Tasikmalaya, consisting of 3 boys and 9 girls. Sampling Technique Total sampling ABBA grouping

  5. Conclusion There is a significant effect of training using resistance bands on increasing the speed of the Yeop Chagi kick technique. There is a significant effect of training using ankle weights on increasing the speed of the Yeop Chagi kick technique. Resistance bands do not have a more significant difference in effect than ankle weights in increasing the speed of the yeop chagi kick technique, the yeop chagi kick technique of Taekwondo athletes at the Dojang SMAN 3 Tasikmalaya.
