  2. EAL Curriculum Design From Content to Task I am a non-Indigenous educator. Is it okay for me to teach this content? The Treaty Relations Commission of Manitoba (TRCM) supports the works of this project and believes that all educators can and should teach the history of First Nations Peoples in Canada. The primary responsibility of instructors to this module is to educate themselves in order to teach Indigenous topics and themes with an Indigenous lens and understanding.
