  4. MASTERDATA CHECK Specialisms and sub-specialism check Go into the website Specialism pages and check the list of specialisms and sub- specialisms is correct. If there are changes to be made you will need to make sure these are made ahead of May 17. Offices check Diagram on the next slide. Check in the Spec CV page that the mapping is correct between specialisms and offices. If there are any changes to be made you will need to make sure these are made ahead of May 17. General If there are new specialisms, offices, etc. during the masterdata freeze these can be changed. These will need to be raised as change control items. The IT team will request some Marketing pre-requisites. This request is due at the end of this week. 4

  7. IMAGES AND RE-DIRECTS Images and graphics All images and graphics will need to uploaded as new onto Liferay. This is a good opportunity to optimise the images so that they are as compressed as possible, (without becoming pixelated). This will enable faster speed of page download and better SEO. Re-directs A list of re-directs will need to be created and provided to the development team for pages that will not be re-created within Liferay (ever). It might be necessary to create a holding page on Liferay for the re-directs to go to, and users will be able to continue their journey within the website from this page. Proposal is to have a generic URL for this page, e.g. www.hays.ie/hello Graphic to be created to go on this page 7

  8. COUNTRY ROLLOUT CUTOVER PLAN - PROPOSAL FOR UK&I, EMEA, AMERICAS, HTS Awaiting review by the IT team. HTS discussion also taking place this week. 8
