Updates A series of guiding documents and FAO s key messages are being drafted. Timeline for the finalization of the toolkit will be shared at the end of this meeting. Stock-taking report is being finalized.
Reviewing the materials Materials to be reviewed one by one. Sharmi/Jason (for group A) and Hennie (group B) to chair the session. Kosuke to introduce the feedback received and the revision plan for each material, as necessary. All to discuss.
E.g. for topic 2 on fundamentals 1. Kosuke to introduce points to note for the topic 2, as necessary. 2. Kosuke to introduce the feedback received and the revision plan for 2-1 What is a DNA? material, as necessary. 3. All to discuss the proposal, which is facilitated by the chair. 4. The chair to summarize the discussion and provide group suggestions, if any. 5. All to agree on the summary and suggestions. 6. Steps #2-5 to be taken for 2-2 > 2-3 > > 2-6, and all to move to topic 3 starting with the step #1.
