Support WIN time Analyze/share student Data Celebrate student growth Help teachers organize differentiated reteaching and enrichment groups for WIN time Create data sheets to compile and analyze student data from WIN groups to allow teachers to monitor/share the progress from students in other groups Organize and analyze progress monitoring from paras and teachers WIN groups Work with groups of students to meet intensive academic needs

Co-teach in Classrooms Weekly planning sessions with participating teachers Identify priority standards of focus Identify and gather pre and post assessments Plan units/lessons Follow up on student work samples to determine next steps Co-teaching sessions 2-3x weekly in classrooms Model lessons/instruction in classrooms Collaborate on lessons with teachers to model and support Meet with teachers to reflect on instructional strategies and analyze student data results

Lead STAT Meetings Prepare note sheets with data and necessary information for the discussion Support teachers in identification of student supports Identify appropriate interventions, both academic (MTSS-A) and behavioral (MTSS-B) Research and determine evidence-based practices to use for intervention based on individual student needs Monitor and support student progress monitoring Adjust interventions as needed when students don t make growth Exit students from interventions when adequate growth occurs Follow up on notes, ensure responsibilities are fulfilled Track progress monitoring for response to interventions Assist in tracking for referrals to special education Communicate progress monitoring with school psychologists Gather data as needed by school psychologists

Targeted Professional Development Provide in-time training and coaching to paras as they work with small groups throughout the day Plan and present PD to paras during weekly PLC meetings Plan and present PD to staff during LID days Leverage community and district resources to provide PD to staff Work with and support paraprofessionals Weekly PLCs with paraeducators to train and communicate initiatives from grade level teams Adjust schedules when schooldays don t follow typical schedules Support para planning and training for WIN time instruction Gather necessary tools/materials for specific groups needs

  11. Community and family engagement Plan and present Family Math Night, Science Night, Literacy Night Develop partnerships with CWU Promote events with advertising Collaborate with admin/parent group to provide meal for families Write Learning Enhancement Grants to provide materials for families to take home (math materials, books)
