+ Hanya sedikit risiko reputasi yang meski sudah diprediksi, bisa dicegah seluruhnya. Insiden eksternal tidak bisa dicegah. Misal cuaca, gangguan politik atau sosial. Isu eksternal tidak bisa dicegah: misal isu yang muncul dari stakeholders eksternal
+ Pencegahan risiko reputasi difokuskan pada isu internal; bagaimana menghapus atau setidaknya mengurangi kinerja buruk dan keputusan buruk. Dengan bahasa yang lebih halus: Apa yang bisa dilakukan untuk mendorong pengambilan keputusan ynng sadar reputasi
+ Pencegahan risiko biasa dilakukan dengan melakukan: Intervensi. Ada 2 jenis intervensi: hard irterventions: terkait struktur dan proses. Soft interventions: mendorong perilaku yang sadar reputasi: melalui penyadaran, pelatihan, motivasi. Corporate citizenship
+Perusahaan mestinya tidak hanya berorientasi cari laba. Perusahaan harus menjalankan fungsi community development, bukan hanya berorientasi pada laba perusahaan. Salah satu implementasi tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan adalah melalui corporate citizenship.
+Apa itu Corporate Citizenship? Corporate Citizenship merupakan suatu cara pandang perusahaan dalam bersikap dan berperilaku ketika berhadapan dengan pihak lain, misalnya pelanggan , pemasok, masyarakat, pemerintah dan pemangku kepentingan (stakeholder) lainnya.
