Suppressed Job Orders: Withholds the employer identity and staff must review the applicant before submitting the application to the employer. Suppressed and Confidential Job Orders Why would an employer want to suppress a job? Previous worker may still be in the position. Unannounced business plans. Arrangement to have staff screen your applicants. Job Seekers See "Confidential" if the job is set to Hide Company Name See "Suppressed" if the job is set to "screen by staff" regardless of if is also set to Hide company name Staff Sees the Company Name and (Confidential) under it if the job is set to Hide.
