  4. Buyer must object the earlier of the Closing Date or a set number of days selected by the Buyer 1

  5. 2 Failure to object constitutes waiver

  6. 3 Requirements in Schedule C still have to be resolved

  7. 4 If your client elects to add prohibited activity make sure you consider HOA restrictions as well

  8. SELLER OBLIGATIONS Seller shall cure objections within fifteen (15) days and Closing Date will be extended as necessary. Seller does not have to take on if there are expenses.

  9. BUYER RIGHTS Within 5 days after Cure Period, Buyer may elect to void the Contract or waive the objections.
