  2. Background Mandatory for all staff annually Fully introduced in 2012 Completion rates tracked/monitored UoE wide Complete by 31 July each year Line Manager responsible for initiating and holding the meeting and completion of paperwork

Purpose of P&DR Provides a formal opportunity to: reflect on the achievements of the previous year assess contribution to Group/Centre/School/ Deanery/College/University objectives discuss successes, challenges and opportunities agree realistic objectives for the coming 12 months discuss career aspirations and personal development
