Issue #1 Criterion 4.C Develop Metrics for Student Success Outcomes and Goals for the Four Categories of Students Resolutions 1 4 Enrollment trends are being carefully monitored by university stakeholders by reviewing and utilizing data provided in the HSSU Factbook. Adult Learners increase its adult-learner population from the St. Louis region by 8%. options of enrolling in more evening, weekend, or online courses 2 First-Time, Full-Time Students (Traditional) 5 increase the enrollment of traditional students from the St. Louis region by 10%. Stop Outs organize a yield event aimed at reestablishing connections with our transfers and returning stop-out scholars 3 Transfer Students increase the number of students utilizing existing dual-enrollment, dual-degree, and transfer partnerships by 150% or more.
Criterion 4.C Issue #2 Resource Allocations Resolutions 1 3 DreamKeepers Funds awarded from April 2022-2023 $7501.00 HBCU Retention Grant Using the HEERF we restructured our resources and established the HBCU Retention Grant Spring 2023 funds awarded $867,314 Fall 2023 funds awarded $889,841 Summer funds awarded for free credit hours 2023 $778,690 HEERF emergency funds for 2023 $272,372 4 Student Support Services HSSU Information Technology Center allocated funds for IT support in the following areas: Laptop loan program for students to assist with technology needs during COVID-19 - $75,000, Sprint Chromebooks -$7,000 Establishment of the Zoom Room to aid in recruitment efforts -$5700 Student Laptop Loaner Program - $50,000 2 Harris-Stowe Foundation, Inc. Student Emergency Fund Program Student emergency grant funds awarded 6 grants totaling $5876.00 *Systematic process of fund allocation to avoid recipients receiving multiple payouts from more than one fund
