January February 2017 (3 weeks) February April 2016 Campus Intervention Team (DCSI and PSP) leads turnaround plan development with campus principal and campus leadership team. Activity In person and virtual trainings provided by TEA and Window to receive stakeholder input on the development of the turnaround plan.

  15. March April 2017 Seek written feedback on developed turnaround plan. Post on campus and district website with online form for written comment. Conduct meeting with campus site based decision making committee. Host a stakeholder meeting at the campus. Initial submission to TEA via Intervention Stage Activity Manager (ISAM). Turnaround plan on board of trustees agenda for approval. Resubmit turnaround plan to TEA via ISAM with board approval date and all collected written feedback. April 3, 2017 April 2017 May 2017
