Certain methods believed to help bring the dropout rate down should be eliminated as they not be helping at all 3. Educators need to incorporate ways to engage students without stressing them out. Statistically, stressed students tend not to do well as well as those who are not in such a state

However, being qualified is merely a professional attribute. It takes more than just that. Personal touches to professionalism is what is statically most effective.
