Purchasing Support - Who to Contact Standard process for general questions/assistance is to submit a request to Procurement Service Center Email: procurement_service_center@ur.rochester.edu Phone: 585-275-2012 Service Desk Portal: service.rochester.edu/procurement If it is an urgent request, can add "Urgent" in the subject line of the request which will provide a notification to the Information Management and Operations Directors. Supplier Qualification, Contract or Sourcing Concerns can be escalated to Wen Li, Category Director Operational processes or concerns can be directed Debbie Flotteron, Operations Director 5
