Perancangan Efektif. faktor utama yang memberi impak kepada kualiti pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Ini adalah matlamat muktamad transformasi sekolah. membolehkan guru merancang keperluan pembelajaran yang berbeza dan kemudian memberi setiap murid peluang terbaik atau satu pengalaman yang positif dan berjaya membolehkan guru menggabungkan kemahiran dan amalan baharu ke dalam pembelajaran mereka, membolehkan pembangunan profesional dan motivasi tinggi.
