QUESTION 1 What workflow did you use for entering old vaccinations (not previously entered into CAIR)? Were they entered before, during or after the visit? 3
QUESTION 2 Did anyone double check the provider's vaccination orders to be sure they matched what was needed? How did this work? Did you use the feature of CAIR that lists which vaccines are needed for that visit? 4
QUESTION 3 What was the workflow for having the vaccines ordered and drawn up, in relation to the discussion of vaccines needed by the child? 5
