ISPESH 2024 According to (Hakim, 2016) the national education system as referred to in Article 3 of Law Number 20 of 2003 is based on the belief that national education fosters skills, civilization and intelligence. As well as in article 37 paragraph 1 that the primary and secondary education curriculum must contain several subjects, namely religious Introduction education, education and citizenship, language, mathematics, natural science, social science, arts and culture, physical education and sports, skills / vocational, and local content. Physical education is a means to achieve educational or training goals through a process of adaptation to physical activity as an organ, neuromuscular, intellectual, social, cultural, emotional, and ethical (Iyakrus, 2018). According to (Yuliani & Banjarnahor, 2021) the development model, research and development (research and development) is a research method to develop and test products that are then developed in the field of education.
ISPESH 2024 According to (Tageh & Kirna, 2013) the physical education learning model must be student- centered, not teacher-centered. The direction of learning needs to be adapted to the development of children, the content, materials and teaching methods need to be adjusted to be interesting and fun, and the learning objectives are not only about developing sports skills, but also about developing children's skills in general personal development (Anggraini, 2020). Introduction Handball is a team game sport that uses the ball as a tool, which is played using one or both hands whose goal in the handball game is to enter the ball into the opponent's goal (Hermansah, 2018). Handball games include several basic techniques such as dribbling, passing, shooting, positioning, attack, defense and quick clearance, but in the game only three basic techniques are commonly used. (1) dribbling techniques (2) passing techniques, (3) shooting techniques or throwing the ball into the goal (Susanto, 2017). In learning handball games, in addition to cognitive and psychomotor aspects, students also learn emotional aspects, namely matters relating to behavior and attitudes (Utama, 2011). From an emotional point of view, students who take handball lessons are expected to have diverse goals and interests, including sportsmanship, a sense of responsibility, a desire to work together, quick decision making, respect, and a sense of responsibility. opponent, and others (Setiawan & Rahmat, 2018). Based on this, the purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the research and development development model for handball games in PE lessons.
ISPESH 2024 The method used in this research is called systematic literature review (SLR). In SLR, research steps such as identification, selection, evaluation, and synthesis of existing scientific literature are carried out systematically. The purpose of SLR is to summarize previous research, identify gaps that need to be filled between previous and current research, create a coherent report/synthesis, and create a research framework (Rozi, 2020). This research was also guided through several systematic review processes using PRISMA (preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses). Methods This method describes a systematic review, which is a well-defined review that uses systematic tools designed to identify, select, analyze, and provide relevant reviews to collect relevant data. The prism method is a systematic search for relevant articles to identify databases that comply with PRISMA (Readi & Sudarmiatin, 2023). The data used in this study were obtained through google scholar. According to (Rafika et al., 2017) google scholar is a service that allows users to search for academic articles and journals in text format in various publication formats, one of which is PDF (portable document format). The object of this research is the development model of handball games in PE learning. Keywords used to identify search information. The goal is to find out what kind of theme we are aiming for. There are 92 search documents from google scholar.

At this stage exclude 76 documents that are out of scope. So at this stage only 16 articles were passed and could enter the next stage. The third stage is the eligibility stage. At this stage there is a manual inclusion and exclusion process in accordance with the criteria that have been set. Articles that pass this stage will enter the final stage of the review or enter the systematic review process. At this stage there were 7 document reductions that did not meet the criteria and 4 documents that were not indexed by Sinta.

ISPESH 2024 First, the results of a review of articles from research conducted by (Abdurrochim, 2016), entitled development of a handball game model for upper grade elementary school children published in 2016. This study uses the research & development (R&D) development method, in this study shows a handball game according to the characteristics of upper grade children where that the product provided according to student responses 100% can be done and makes children happy to move, 90.82% is easy to do, 94.90% can understand the rules well, 92.86% of students obey the rules that apply, 17.35% of students experience difficulties, 97.96% of students feel like the equipment used, 98.98% of the game is fun, 95.92% can do cooperation, and 14.29% feel afraid to do the game taught. In this result, looking at these reactions, students argue that this product is very suitable for students, but according to sports experts and teachers, product revisions are needed to improve the quality of the developed handball game. The game proved to be effective through expert validation, and the model proved to be suitable and acceptable for students' responses to the developed handball game. Resulth & Discussion
ISPESH 2024 Second, the results of a review of articles from research conducted by (Prasojo et al., 2012) entitled living goal handball game model through the environmental approach of SD Negeri 2 Ngesrepbalong in 2012 published in 2012. This study uses the research & development (R&D) development method, in this study there is an increase in the results of field trials regarding the development of a live goal handball game model with a rice field environment approach. Based on the analysis of the research results and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that the product of the live goal handball model based on the rice field environment approach can be practiced on the test subject. This is based on the results of data analysis of sports expert evaluations with an average percentage of 86.67% evaluation of learning expert I with an average percentage of 81.33% and evaluation of learning expert II with a percentage of 84%. Their average rating (across experts) is 84%.The product of a live goal handball model that is close to the rice field environment can increase students' physical activity. If the pulse measurement shows an increase in pulse rate before the activity is carried out. Based on this increase, the living goal handball game with a rice field environment approach can increase the motor activity of children in grades 4 and 5 of SD N 2 Ngesrepbalong. ISPESH 2024 Third, the results of a review of articles from research conducted by (Triwijayanto et al., 2013) entitled development model of the handball game kappar in PE for grade V students of SDN Muntung Candiroto District Temanggung Regency in 2012 published in 2013. This study uses the research & development (R&D) development method, in this study it shows that the kappar handball game learning model. There are trial results that aim to find and identify various problems such as weaknesses, shortcomings or effectiveness of the product when students use the product. The data obtained and tested are the basis for revising the product before it is used in the field trial. Trial I (small scale) based on the results of student questionnaires, the level of response that meets the percentage is 88.67%. Based on the specified criteria, the kappar handball game learning model meets the good criteria. And trial II (Large scale) based on the results of student questionnaires, the level of response that meets the percentage of 89.1%. based on the specified criteria, the Kappar handball game learning model meets good criteria. It can be seen from the results of the field test data analysis that the percentage of appropriate answer choices is 89.1%. Based on the predetermined standards, the Kappar handball game meets good standards, so the model obtained through this field test can be used for Class V students of SD Negeri Muntung. It can be concluded that the Kappar handball game product developed is suitable for use in learning ball games for grade V elementary school students because it can bring changes to the learning atmosphere, be more interesting for students, and increase student learning motivation. in actively participating in physical education learning. ISPESH 2024 Fourth, the results of a review of articles from research conducted by (Ramadan, 2018) entitled development of a passing training model in handball games published year 2018. This study uses the research & development (R&D) development method, in this study the development of a passing training model in learning handball games was carried out at STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan Faculty of Sports Science PJKR Study Program with the subject of PJKR Study Program students. This needs analysis is carried out by distributing a needs analysis questionnaire which contains questions that aim to determine whether or not the development of learning resources is needed. A needs analysis was carried out with a subject of 30 students. First, the evaluation analysis of handball coach experts based on the results of the analysis carried out on the answers / reviews of experienced handball coaches, obtained a result of 88.38% so that it can be used and practiced in the implementation of handball training learning. Second, the evaluation analysis of sports test and measurement experts based on the results of the analysis conducted on the answers / reviews of experienced handball coaches, obtained a result of 89.44% so that it can be used and practiced in the implementation of learning handball passing exercises. The third evaluation of learning experts based on the results of the analysis carried out on the answers / reviews of experienced handball coaches, obtained a result of 93.75% so that it can be used and practiced in the implementation of learning handball passing exercises. After the data obtained from the results of the field trial, it can be concluded that the development model of handball game passing training can be learned and implemented effectively and efficiently during learning. ISPESH 2024 Fifth, the results of a review of articles from research conducted by (Shiddiqi et al., 2023) entitled development of a handball game model based on playing 3 on 3 for ITP Surabaya high school students . Published year 2023. This study uses the research & development (R&D) development method, in this study the 3-on-3 handball game is a modification of the handball game, where the actual field measuring 40 x 20 meters is replaced with a field measuring 14 x 15 meters, and the goal measuring 2 x 3 meters is the use of media in the form of numbers. The goal is to replace (1, 2 and 3) to encourage all students to move actively. The results of the analysis of small-scale trials of students' psychomotor, cognitive, and emotional aspects showed that the level of student response was good and very good. In this case, it can be concluded that students successfully conducted all 3-on-3 handball matches. Therefore, this learning model can be very well used in physical education classes. After analyzing the large- scale trial with the field test, students were more active. It can be seen from the students' pulse rate in the field test, the students' pulse rate has increased before and after the activity. It can be concluded that the modified 3-on-3 handball game product used is suitable for use in learning handball games. This makes the learning atmosphere more interesting for students and increases their motivation to actively participate in learning. The 3-on-3 handball game model from this research can be used as an alternative to physical education in the classroom, so that students can be actively involved in learning. It can be seen that in 3-on-3 handball learning, students' pulse rate increases from before to after learning, allowing them to move more actively during learning. Resulth & Discussion
ISPESH 2024 Based on the systematic literature review that has been presented, it can be concluded that the use of the research and development model of handball games is effective for PE learning, increasing student learning motivation and active participation in PE learning. Handball games in PE activities have an emotional aspect, students who take part in handball learning are expected to have various goals and interests, including sportsmanship, responsibility, willingness to work together, quick decision making, respect and responsibility.
