ITF Projects Building Human Resource Capacity and Collaboration in UK Students Unions Delivering efficiency through effective benchmarking The Innovation and Efficiency Hub ( the Hub ) Open Course in Technology Enhanced Learning (OCTEL) Outsourcing as a route to efficiency and effectiveness in the higher education sector in the UK The Procurement Academy Procurement Maturity Assessments (PMA) for all English HEIs Student Advisory Model (SAM) A Transferrable Model for Academic Workload Management and TRAC Reporting

  4. WAMS Project Significant interest across the Sector in how to manage academic workload in ways that are demonstrably: Felt fair Aligned to institutional need Attuned to diverse missions and disciplines Affordable and generative of income Costed (priced?) at full economic cost
