  2. As we begin planning for our transition into Luma at FYE 22, it is important that you make sure that your current assets are correct in FAS. The following slide provides recommendations to keeping your Hold File current

  3. FAS Hold File Review your FAS Hold File regularly (Screen 32) Make sure that all new assets are processed and posted each month. Delete any items that do not need to be posted Review the Property Maint / Inquiry file to make sure all assets are still owned and in use (Screen 40) Run DAFR 4550 or 4560 Active Property by AGY and review regularly Process disposals for any assets no longer being used at your agency.

  4. Lets Work Together Only active assets in FAS will move to Luma It would be more efficient to ensure that FAS is correct before the move We will notify agencies of the conversion date once it has been determined.
