GROUP ROOM BLOCK NEEDS WE REQUEST: Complimentary hot breakfast (or included in the rate) Free Wi-Fi (guest and meeting room) Complimentary self and bus parking Comp rooms and/or upgrades Complimentary meeting space (with AV and meals options as needed) Additional space for training rooms, team meals, etc. No Attrition (incl. inclement weather and COVID cancellation clauses) Reward points and Final folios/receipts post check-out Additionally, we can also request: Late Checkouts (as needed) Parent Room Blocks (individual self-pays with no financial obligation to you) Late/last-minute group blocks, date and rooming changes Rooms for scout travel can also be arranged We work one on one with each group to ensure their needs are met, assisting every step of the way.

Ground Transportation: Rental Vehicles (with rewards points for your existing accounts) Passenger Vans (12 and 15 passenger require advance planning) Motorcoaches rentals (require advance planning) White Glove Service for events requiring car services Air Transportation: Individual or group travel can be arranged for teams, staff (and families) Reservation links can be created for teams to reserve their own flights Group reservations can be made through our air travel department. With smaller groups (under 10) we can assist with inputting travelers to avoid additional fees Full-Service reservations include a ticketing fee direct from the airline (recommended for larger groups) Reward points can be applied, and TSA Pre-Check is available Charter Flights can be arranged (require advanced planning) Group and/or individual payments can be arranged as needed for ground and air transportation.

REBATES: Rebates are a great way to generate revenue into your college/university. When other teams come your institution the partnerships you have with surrounding hotels can generate additional revenue for you thru rebates. Meaning you get a money from each stay. In these instances, we work with the hotel(s) to negotiate their best rate to assist your overall earnings year over year. Agreements typically last one year and are revaluated annually. If you re satisfied with the results, we ll negotiate a new agreement for the following year. As with anything rates are subject to increase year over year. However, if the hotel is your preferred provider for rooms, they re more incentivized to negotiate better rates to earn your business. Rebates are typically a specified dollar amount per room night contracted ($3, $5, etc.). Rebates are contingent on the groups contracting with that property. CMT has years of experience negotiating with hotels to provide set rates for visiting teams. Isn t it time to put us to work for you.

Speaker Events: CMT provides access to a wide array of guest speakers (transformational, motivational, business, celebrity, professional athletes, etc.). Each appearance will be catered to your individual group needs. Speakers can be available for in-person and/or virtual presentations This can include demonstrations for a more interactive experience Q&A sessions can be included to make the experience more interactive and enjoyable Auctions, Fundraisers and Galas: We can put together custom packages to be given away or auctioned off. Each designed based on your specifications. Packages can include hotel stays, sporting events, spa treatments, golfing, recreational add-ons and amenities Packages can be individual or all inclusive with meals, ground and/or air transportation incorporated if desired Once awarded we ll assist the awardee to ensure an effortless and enjoyable experience The cost of these packages/giveaways would be determined by what s included
