  2. Reassigning a ticket in Service Desk. If you are certain a ticket in your bucket should be assigned to someone else you can easily reassign it. Open the ticket and look at the column on the right. Your name will be under Assignee. Click on your name and when it is highlighted, hit delete. Start typing another name and select it when it appears. 2

  3. Reassigning a ticket in Service Desk When the other name is filled in the assignee box, click the checkmark. Once their name has filled in the ticket will remove itself from your queue and be diverted to the other person s queue. This same method can be used to add additional participants to a ticket. 3
