EL Services The EL program provides EL students with instruction in the English language by emphasizing listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. EL students are provided services in models that best fit the linguistic level of each student while not compromising the grade level content and rigor. Service is differentiated to best meet individual student needs in the most inclusive environment.
How you can help your child If your child has been given an Imagine Learning license, help them reach their 90 minute a week goal. If your child has been given a RAZ license, listen to them read the stories and watch them take the quizzes to see how they are doing. If your child is bringing home a book baggy, listen to them read the books. Or if your child has been assigned books online, listen to them read. Check out all the resources in your child s schoology course from the classroom teacher & the EL teacher.
